Tell us what is actually going on
The course and level, the exam date if there is one, and where things started going sideways. Bring a recent test or assignment if you have one — it tells us more than a description usually can.

Get matched with a tutor
We suggest whichever of our 6 tutors fits the subject and your schedule. If the pairing is not working after a couple of sessions, say so and we will switch it.
Same tutor session to session where possible - Step 4
Start working
Sessions are one-on-one and built around the specific gap — a unit, a question type, a habit. Most of the time the student is working and the tutor is stepping in where the reasoning breaks.
In person locally, or online - Step 5
Adjust as you go
Coursework changes, test dates move, and some topics land faster than expected. We reset the plan when that happens rather than pushing through a schedule that stopped matching reality.

We do not run fixed class blocks. Sessions are booked for whatever time works for both the student and the tutor, and every time we list or confirm is Eastern (EST).

A note on results
We don't publish score-gain averages or guarantees. Tutoring outcomes depend on how much time a student puts in between sessions, how far out the exam is, and where they're starting from — a single headline number would flatter us more than it would inform you.
What we'll tell you on the intro call is a realistic read on what's achievable in the time available, and whether we think we're the right people for it. If we're not, we'll say so.
